1. Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note that certain products, such as personalized items or opened fragrances, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

b. Once you receive your RA number, securely package your item(s) in their original condition, including all packaging materials and accessories. Be sure to include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.

c. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

d. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for it to be reflected in your account.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or fragrance, please contact our Customer Service team to request an exchange. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

6. Return Shipping

If you are returning an item due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, you are responsible for the return shipping fees.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and provide a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate a return following the guidelines above.
